Weather stripping for bottom of vinyl window

I have some older Home Depot vinyl double hung Windows. The bottom weather stripping needs to be replaced. It looks like the weather stripping locks into a 3/16 inch groove on the front of the sash and has a 1/2 inch foam filled bubble. Any idea what I need to fix this problem?

I can't say for sure, unfortunately. If you can, please remove a small sample of the seal in question and show us a picture of it. Specifically, we need a picture that displays its end. If we can see the shape of the end, we can try our best to find a match.
