Weather stripping for vinyl window sash

Question

I have no knowledge of the age or manufacturer of my vinyl replacement windows but am searching for replacement seals for the horizontal sash.

I don't recognize this exact seal, but the design is similar to our 58-182 and 58-171. These may be worth considering and one of them may even be a modern version of what you have now. Look them over and see what you think!
