Thanks for reaching out! The part you are are searching for appears to be a bottom door sweep. However, I am unable to see the design of it or how it attaches to the bottom of the door. 

To make an accurate identification, I'll need to see a photo of the end profile of an undamaged piece of this sweep. There is a likelihood that you'll need to remove the door to remove the sweep. 

With that said, I am not confident that we can supply you with a replacement but if you are able to remove it and send photos of the end profile, I'd be happy to take look.

I'm sorry to say that I cannot identify anything using those numbers. They are numbers specific to the manufacturer. Also, I do not believe there is a generic piece of weather strip you would be able to purchase. Each type of weather stripping or door sweep has a different installation method. So even if there were a generic part to use, you would still need to confirm that it would install properly on the door.
