Weather stripping with kerf

Need to replace deteriorated weatherstripping in my 25 year old wood double hung windows. Absolutely no manufacturing marks on the windows, unfortunately. Kerf is 1/4". Cannot determine the original size of the foam filled part because it has been compressed over time.
