My window is about 30 years old, not sure the window manufacturer.

I'm afraid that I cannot identify what you have from these photos. All weatherstripping more or less looks the same from this angle. What we'll need is a picture of the end profile, that way we can see the shape. For a better idea of what I mean, I recommend watching this video.
