I'm emailing to ask if you have a plastic pivot piece for Sears windows that we're installed in my home in 2008 . At the time and on the contract the windows are called WeatherBeater 8000. They are impact windows with hurricane protective glass and quite heavy.
I'm including a picture of the plastic pieces that broke . It was a total of three pieces.

Hello there!
It's hard to tell what you have since your hardware is damaged. Do you have an undamaged version you can show us?
