My home was built in 2003. The windows are Atrium Series 200 Single Hung. It has leaf weather seals that are brittle and breaking. Could you please recommend the correct part number as well as the part number for the felt strips? I can provide pictures if needed. Thanks.
Hello! We should definitely be able to help with all of these parts, but I'll need a bit more information. It's difficult to determine dimensions from just a photo of a tape measure. Concerning both the lock and tilt latch, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?
Also in regards to the tilt latch, can you show me a clear top-down photo of the part?
Finally, in regards to both the weather seal and felt strip, I'd like you to remove a sample of each and show me a clear shot of the end profile. We will also need dimensions of that end profile. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.
