Weathershield Vision 2000 single hung tilt windows - Part DB102 33LB

I am looking for replacement parts for the channel balance on our Weathershield single hung tilt out windows. The channel is screwed into the window frame and does not use the 'S' clip. When they fail, the screws pop out of the frame. Do you have replacement parts for these? Thank you.

Hi there!
This looks like a Series 751 Ribbed Channel Balance. To know what stamp option to select, we recommend weighing your sash. There's a chart on the S751's store page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
Keep in mind, when determining length, only include the metal channel in your measurement.
