Need hinge arm/track
Have total of 6 windows. 3 RH and 3 LH
Visions part numbers are:
972001 & 972002
Need 3 of each.

I recommend the 36-048 hinge. This isn't exactly the same as your original, but it should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below iwll go into more detail.
