Hi, My weathershield casement window needs this part (red circled) and I don't know what they are called. The part looks like it is out of its original place because it is not holding the window in place. Need this part amd possible installment. Any help please?

Hello there. You may need to replace the hinge set on this window. The hinge is what keeps the sash in place and supports it during the opening and closing of the window. The 10" 36-048 is a commonly seen hinge, but you'll need to compare the dimensions of your existing one to the diagrams below. Let us know if anything differs, and if so, how.
