Weathershield casement window hinge

Window is 20 years old. Hinge is 10 inches long. It is on the left side of the two windows as looking from the outside.

I don't think your old hinge is made anymore, but you can likely use our 36-048 as a replacement as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail as to how these install.
