I believe you're referring to the Tie Bar in a casement window. For the guides, see our 39-417 or 39-448. For the Tie Bar itself, we need to see it out of the window. Specifically, we need a good picture of the entire bar, so we can clearly discern all the lock drive points on the bar and the distance between them.
