I am in need of this replacement. The lock part # is 9402, the keep is 9414.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Dave. Depending on the dimensions, we should be able to help replace this lock. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? That's the best way for us to narrow down some options.

The screw holes measure 2 1/16 inch center to center.
