Weathershield tilt window balance

I moved into a townhouse built around 2000. There are two large Weather Shield windows that are just under 4 x 8 feet. The shoes hang up or don't work. I would like to order two channel balances for one of the lower windows to see if they solve the problem before I order the other six for both windows. My windows appear to be the same type of window as shown by "Quick Lerner" in his emal of March 7, 2016. He indicate there was a problem with the shoe, but the messages did not say if that issue was resolved. Here is the photos and information I have
