Unfortunately, the plastic track slider is not available separately but we can supply replacement hinges. You can start by comparing the specifications of the 36-048 to your hinge assembly. Thanks for posting!

Your operator resembles the 39-171 and 39-172 depending on how the specifications compare to yours but I'm not sure what the black part taped to it might be. Could you confirm its function and possibly show us a photo of an undamaged version of the guide still installed in one of your windows?
