Weather shield casement window tie bar clip. The windows are vision vinyl and were installed about 2004.

Thanks for reaching out! I believe you may be referring to the tie bar guides used for casement window locking mechanisms. We have two different styles but I would not be able to confirm the one you need based on the window brand. Would you be able to send a photo of your existing tie bar guides?
