Weathershield windows balance parts and weatherstripping for windows and doors

Question

I have Weathershield windows and doors installed in 1994. Double hung, wood, tilt windows-I need balance weights, cords, etc. for three windows. The windows are stamped 36TG. Can you tell me which part I should order?

Also, I have two sets of french doors for which I need weatherstripping on the bottom of each door and around the doorways. I am attaching a sketch my handyman has drawn for the type I need.

Lastly, I have casement windows in need of weatherstripping and the sketch is on the attached photo.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I bought this 20 year old house and I'm sure the weatherstripping is the same age! I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

Thank you for posting. I think you may have our Series 750 channel balance. Does that look right to you? If not, please take a few pictures for me to see.

For the door sweep, we don't have anything with a single installation grip, so see our 58-176. This wraps around the underside.

Finally, for the casement bubble seal, see our 58-053 for a possible match.
