I'm assuming 58-053 would work here. inside bottom rail of upper sash. My only concern is photo of part 58-053 appears rigid - which of course would make no sense for this type of item. Unfamiliar with "santoprene".
Photos are 12 years after installation.
I'll order if indeed it appears to work. 5/16" bubble and 1/4" base seems right.

Hello! I agree, our 58-053 looks like a promising match. I can confirm that it's not that rigid, either. The kerf is, of course, but the bubble itself is very flexible, which you can see in the image below. Hopefully this helps you make a decision.
