Weatherstrip for entry door

I need to replace the weatherstrip for top, left and right sides of entry way door. Door frame dimensions are 81" x 36". The width and height of the existing strip matches the diagram from your site (attached) 1/2" x 3/8". It is a metal door. The name stamped on the hinges is Thermo-Tru.
