Weatherstripped faceplate leaves a gap

Question

I just bought your long throw weather stripped face place for my entry commercial door.
However, the weather strip (wool pile) doesn't stand tall enough, so it leaves a gap to the other door. It's about a 1/4" gap, which really makes a negative impact here in Massachusetts.
Do you have a faceplate option with a longer throw?

Thanks for posting. Looking at your order history, you purchased our 79-029, which has a short throw. Could you need our 79-030 instead?
