New construction in 2000. The weatherstripping with the "wool" is deteriorating. Would like to replace it on head and jamb. can you help.

We can help replace the wool pile, though not the vinyl molding itself. You can see our wool pile section here. The best match would depend on what size you need.

THanks for the information. Upon close inspection, the issue that's a bigger concern is the vinyl/rubber insert in the wood (bottom right photo). This is dried and deteriorating. Is this replaceable?

I'm afraid we do not have that. I don't think it would be easy to find, in general. You would need to try an contact the company who supplied Cresline patio doors in your area to get the exact replacement part. I am sorry we cannot be of more help.
