Weatherstripping for Jeld-Wen WENCO double hung windows.

Question

I have wood JELD-WEN windows that need replacement weather stripping. The identifiers on the window corner:

JELD-WEN C W IGCC (R) CBA-IGMAC

CIG-3 4-04 LOW E 172-4

Jeld-Wen calls them WENCO. Is replacement available? I also need balances Type B for same windows.

I'm afraid this information doesn't help us identify your hardware. For the weatherstripping, we'll need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear view of the end profile. As for the balance, we will also need you to remove an undamaged assembly along with any shoes or attachments.
