Weatherstripping for M & W double hung windows

I want to replace the weatherstripping for my M & W windows that are about 18 years old. I can?t find this particular weatherstripping piece anywhere. I did check your website and didn?t see anything that matches.
Can you recommend a piece that can be used to replace this. Thank You
