Weatherstripping for Malta Casement windows

A home owner from Alpena,MI says:

I have 1975-76 Malta casement windows. The window frames have a fine grove around them in which thin metal strips ( weather seals) are installed. What can I replace it with. Also, I need 4 to 6 operator replacements. Any ideas?
