Weatherstripping for casement window

This is a 25 year old casement window, I believe it is a Certainteed Window. On your Weather Stripping selections I see bubble seal 58-053, but it's not foam filled. I also see bubble seal 58-170B, it's foam filled, but it's shape is not round like 58-053 is. What would you recommend?
