Weatherstripping for double hung windows

A home owner from Liberty Township, Ohio says:
The windows are 21 years old. The name on the latch is Alenco. The rubber piece when flattened is the same width as the piece it sits on which is 5/16 of an inch. At that point the piece wraps down 3/16 of an inch and then into a groove

I'm not sure what to recommend. I'm reminded of our 58-055 with an angled base, but I'm not sure if yours pushes into a slot, or is installed some other way. The kerf almost looks like its made of hard vinyl. Look over the 58-055 and see what you think.
A quick learner says:
It does push into a slot. I will check out the number you mentioned

Bubble seal
A quick learner from Liberty Twp ohio says:
I also have this pile weatherstripping. The base is 3/16 inch wide and the pile is 1/8 inches high with a thin rubber piece that runs in the middle. It slips into a groove

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thank you. I'm afraid we don't have anything that matches your bubble seal. It is a very peculiar type. As for the wool pile, our 58-001 is the closest we have to your dimensions. See what you think.
A quick learner says:
Is there anything that you could recommend that would work for the bubble seal?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Unfortunately, we don't have anything that is comparable. I apologize for the inconvenience.
