Ah, I recognize this. I'm afraid we've never been able to find an exact match. That said, you may be able to substitute with our 58-169 with a nail-on flange or our 58-180 with a stick-on base. I like the nail-on 58-169 because it can be adjusted to the necessary height before installation. See what you think.
