Weatherstripping for sliding glass door

Question

I have a Weathervan glass sliding door from the late 1980's that needs new weather striping all the way around the window. The glass sliding door is 70" wide and 80" tall. Attached are photos of the weather striping.

This looks like leaf seal, I'm just not sure what type. It would depend on the size of the weatherstripping itself, not the door. You can see our entire selection here.
