Weatherstripping for sliding windows

Question

We have 40 year-old anodized aluminum sliding windows and the weatherstripping that they slide over needs replacement.  Measurements are approximate because of wear and tear, but I get width 9/32" (7mm) with pile height 11/32" (9mm).  Please tell me what I need.  I like the looks of a central fin, is that appropriate?
