Weatherstripping for unknown sliding door

Hi, we would like to replace as much weatherstripping as possible on our sliding glass door, but am not sure who it is manufactured by or the year. Photos attached. Any advice? Thanks

Photo #1 is the bottom - major air leaks there! If there is felt or something that goes underneath, that would be helpful.
Photo #2 is the handle in case it helps ID the door.
Photo #3 is of the weather stripping near where the latch is. This is really beaten up.
Photo #4 is where the two doors come together.
Photo #5 is another angle of same weatherstripping where the latch is.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an end profile photo of your weatherstripping fully removed from the door to compare to our inventory. Please also include written-out dimensions, which will help us narrow down your options.
Please note that, unfortunately, we do not carry any aftermarket bottom door sweeps for sliding glass doors like yours. Thank you.
