Weatherstripping for window

Hi, I can't seem to find this type of weatherstripping anywhere. Do you have this exact replacement? I am looking for 2 pieces, each 26 cm long. it will slide right back into the bottom of my push down/push up window. Can you please help? Let me know if you need more measurements.
