Weatherstripping on Sliding glass door

Trying to find this weatherstripping. The door is a sliding glass patio door. I cannot find the name of the door mfg.

Does your weatherstripping slide into a groove on the door like our 58-126 wool pile?

If you could send us a photo of the door where this weatherstripping installs, that might help us identify a replacement. Thank you!
