Weatherstripping on vinyl window sash

Folks I'm looking for some replacement weatherstripping for 2 vinyl windows. I have attached/enclosed some Picts that hopefully show the old one, a sketch of the dimensions and the window groove the strip goes into. The weatherstripping is on the bottom sash and is the bottom seal of the window. Thanks for your help.
