Weatherstripping replacement

We have Weathershield casement windows on our home that was built in 1987. We are looking to replace the weatherstripping on a few of the windows. I have attached a photo Any help you can offer would be great!

I'm afraid I don't recognize the seal in your photo. Could you use something like our 58-055? Compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
