Weatherstrips and fastener strips

Question

I am rehabbing some Oxford homes windows and they need new pile weatherstripping and the track plastic with which the window is attached to the building. Cannot find the name for that part

We can possibly assist with the pile weather stripping, but we cannot help with the plastic track shown. For the weathrstripping, please provide the width of the base and height of the pile to move forward. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can provide a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
