Weathervane Window Parts

Question

Hello,
We are looking for replacement Channel bars for our Weathervane Wood Windows.

I know they are about 25 1/2 Inches. The plastic part at the top does not seem to match what you show.

Can you help at all with this?
I can send some pictures if needed.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out! We can get you set up with a replacement for these balances however, because they have the Weathervane 19-038 Top Guide and 15-193 Bottom Shoe, these will need to be a custom order balance. Please also be aware that the length of the metal channel for this balance is 25".

I've just forwarded over an order link for (2) of these requested balances. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance order. If you need a high quantity of balances please let me know and I'll be happy to modify the quote.
