In Nov 2016 I ordered above weep hole covers. These are the correct ones however they don

Thanks for your question. If the 26-416 covers are "popping" out of the window frame, make sure the cut out in the window is "clean" so that the clips on the sides will lock in properly. Hopefully this will help you.
