Hi there!
We don't have a weep hole cover that meets your exact measurements. In cases like yours, we like to suggest the 26-186 weep hole cover. This will work as long as you can drill new holes on either side of the cutout for the installation pegs. Just be careful and make sure not to hit the glass in the window. Look it over and see what you think.
