Weep hole covers

I need 50 white weep hole covers, preferably with flap. The opening is 1 inch wide by 1/4 inch high. Can you give me a product # so I can order online?

Can you show me a picture of the weep hole cover in question? That will help us find a good match.

Attached are 2 photos of the weep hole covers I'm trying to find. The opening is what it looks like w/o a cover, due to falling out, etc. I'm sorry I was delayed in responding to your Oct. 10 request. I wasn't near a computer.
