Weep hole covers for Simonton windows

hi im trying to identify weep hole covers fitted to simonton aluminium sliding windows fitted in 04 their productref is 9032531 they say they are no longer in production the meseurement between insert lugs is 2 ins i need 12 no await your response t Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I have attached two pictures of holes that covers fit into. All existing covers have disintegrated. The slot size of the opening is 1 and 1/8th long by 1 quarter inch high from lug hole to lug hole is 2 inches. from hole to edge of slot is 3/8 inches on both sides.
Any covers finished in white of plastic or metal will be okay with me.
