Weep hole covers for mfg. code BB-2; series 6A0 (aluminum frame).

Hello, I am looking to replace 20 weep hole covers as depicted in attached photo. I was told that my windows were mfg.in year 2014 by BetterBuilt (now MI Windows and Doors).

The weep hole covers are white vinyl that measure 1 3/8" x 3/8".
