Thanks for writing in! Your weep hole cover looks like it could possibly be replaced with the 26-417. It has a similar design to yours, so I do believe it will be a fit. That said, to confirm if this is the right replacement for your window, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

This one is not the correct size for my opening, which is also flush the bottom flange of the window

The next best replacement match we have is the 26-348 White Weep Hole Cover. Although, it has the same exact dimension for the length of the opening so I do not believe it would be a fit. The dimensions for it can be found directly on its webpage.
That being said, I'm afraid we do not have a replacement recommendation that would work for your repairs.
