Weep holes cover

Question

Actual weep holes are 1 3/8" and the drilled holes are 2" apart

What is the best weep hole covers to but to replace for these openings ?

We don't have a weep hole with a 2" peg spacing, unfortunately. The best option we have is the 26-417, which is smaller at 1". Do you think you could still get it to work? The video below will show you how we adapt these to work in similar kinds of windows.
