A home owner from California says:
I have a channel balance of unknown origin that matches the S351-24 series but it's stamped 23A, please cross that to your weight code.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
A 23A stamp usually corresponds to our 2310 option, but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to confirm.
A home owner from California says:
Thanks Tom, that's what I suspected if A through F were comparable to 10 through 60. I don't have a bathroom scales but if I get a chance to use somebody else's I will weigh it. Interesting that though the metal portion of the channel balance measures 24" the industry gives it a 23" allocation.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The number in the stamp does not indicate the length of the metal channel. In fact, the first two digits of the stamp are usually one inch less. Typically, these digits represent the height of the visible glass.
