Weight options

Question

Could you recommend which weight option to choose when the actual window weight is at the top of one range, and the bottom of the other. My parents dont have much upper body strength so its important they can close the windows easily.
I'm looking at the S385 series for both 33" and 30" balances.

Actual window weight (original stamp 32C) weighs 18 lbs (your 3220 is 13-18 lbs, and 3230 is 18-23 lbs)

Actual window weight (original stamp 29B) weighs 16 lbs (your 2920 is 12-16 lbs, and 2930 is 16-23 lbs) Thank you for your help.

Thanks for posting. If these windows are precisely 18 pounds and 16 pounds without being a little less or a little more, then theoretically either option will work. If I were you, though, I'd stick with the old stamps. 32C corresponds to our 3230 option, and 29B corresponds to our 2920 option.
