Weight range for my balance

Have a couple of 30? balances that I need to replace. Stamp number does not match any of the stamp options available. Please help.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you also show me a photo of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Finally, how many did you need?
