Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the nake spring balance shown in your photos. I would recommend reaching out to a local millwork to replace the jamb liners in your window, which would come with springs. 

We also do not carry an exact match for your pin but take a look at the 20-016 tilt pin to see if you might be able to attach it to the bottom corner of the sash to serve the same function. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

I don't have any first-hand experience installing these parts together but I can tell you that the 20-016 tilt pin has been purchased with the 20-022 in the past. There is no minimum to order and you are welcome to review our return policy here just in case you run into any problems.
