Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but we would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you! Your balance is a match for the S380-30, S385-30, or S378-30. The determining factor is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure an undamaged version to confirm.

You can also select the 2930 stamp option for your replacements. Please let us know if you have any questions!
