I have a customer that needs some balancers for windows manufactured by Gorell. The window information is Gorell G5305 Vinyl DH with measurements of 39 3/4w X 45 1/2h. Please advise what part is needed. Thank you

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 15-087 pivot shoe which uses the S180 coil springs was the first part to come to mind. I just can't be 100% certain since most of it is obscured by the window track. You may ultimately want to remove it from the window to confirm the specifications match up with ours.
