We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of what you need with the hardware still installed. We'd need to start by seeing an intact balance removed from the window, including both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley, to compare to our inventory. It would also help to see the pivot shoe that the balance attaches to uninstalled. There should also be a code stamped on the metal balance channel, which we'll need to determine the corresponding strength option for the replacements. Thank you!
